Production Manager – Major Duties & Responsibilities
• Executing Interior/Retail Fabrication projects while maintaining maximum profitability to the company
• Spearheading efforts across supervising, Quality checking and keep coordination with joinery workers and Assistant Production Manager to making sure every aspect of the project is checked and delivered as per client expectation and deadline.
• To coordinate with Estimation department to allocate labor hours.
• To introduce alternative ways to produce high class products in low budget.
• Material Calculation based on Shop drawings.
• To choose right / suitable materials prior to start fabrication.
• Coordinate with engineering department before commencement of a project.
• To prepare production plans.
• To give useful suggestions to painting cure to minimize wastage of paint materials.
• To monitor paint quality in strict manners.
• Overview of factory day to day operations like Time sheet maintaining, checking, Wastage, Schedule etc.
• To manager maintenance department in order to keep all machinery in working conditions.
