Competencies Required at the Time of Appointment

Optimal educational level required at the time of appointment:

• B.Sc. degree in Civil engineering from recognized University.

Optimal experience required at the time of appointment:

- Minimum 3+ years of experience in tower construction field.

Optimal professional knowledge required at the time of appointment:

- Familiar with civil site survey report, Geo-survey report and theodolite.
- Supervise tower erection / dismantle.
- Experienced in construction of different type of telecom towers including Lattice towers (Self-support), monopole, light pole, mosaic, RDS Tower, RDS Monopole, RDU, RDV, NPT (Roof top)
Experienced in reinforced concrete work (Excavation, Back-filling, Blinding Concrete Reinforcement, structures (cast in situ).

Optimal skills and abilities required:

- Experience with software programs, Microsoft Office applications
- The knowledge to Field’s tools for maintenance.
- Valid Driving license
- Fluent in English Language.
- Should have a very good communication skill.
- Over all experiences must be not less than 5 years as per Saudi Council of Engineers

Languages required and the extent of proficiency:

- English and Arabic are preferred

Special requirements and conditions of the appointment:

- Age from 25 to 40 years
- work experience in Saudi Arabia is preferred.
