Project Coordinator in Riyadh

Must have + 2 years experience in the field

Responsibilities

• High professional competence, management and leadership skills are the prime requisites to motivate his team to achieve high quality performance during the execution of the Project.
• Assists in the management of project additions and verifies the relevance of new project additions and compile standard project documentation in the field of information technology.
• Assists in the management of IT project issues and risks through resolving program- level issues and mitigating risks in a timely and effective manned
• Assists in the management of IT project changes by approving and updating changes to projects scope plan and deliverables.
• Establishes and maintain messages and knowledge communication to the program stakeholders and coordinate communication with the change management team.
• Assists in the management of the transition (rollout and handover process).
• Implementation of department policies, goals, objectives, and procedures.
• Assists in development and implementation of business plans.
• Performs other related duties as assigned or directed.


Skills / Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Information Technology, Computer Science, Project Management).
• 2-4 years experience in the field of Program Management Support and Coordination.
• Knowledge and experience in information technology project Implementation techniques and policies.
• Experience in program management, implementation, assessment and reporting.
• Time management, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Competent in English and Arabic, Spoken and Written.
• Relevant computer proficiency, experience in using Microsoft Office tools and/or any relevant software
