Review and understand project specifications and contract requirements.
Ability to perform the thermal design independently based on client inputs.
Ability to solve the errors arise during thermal design.
Ability to solve and clarify the technical queries raised by client.
Hands on use of HTRI software for thermal design.
Knowledge of Heat Exchanger Codes like TEMA, ASME, IBR, Shell DEPs, API 660/661, UOP Specifications.
Coordinates with clients/suppliers etc.
Assist estimation department for preliminary thermal sign during bidding.
Assist engineering department to finalize heat exchanger size in order to proceed for mechanical design.
Should have worked with Licensor, Contractor and Consultant companies.
