MEP Manager reports to the Management and liaises with all other departmental heads.
Ability to expedite fit-out projects in strict accordance with project specifications.
Proficient in Detailed MEP Designs.
Conduct MEP Design validation and approvals and carry out value engineering tasks when required.
Monitor and control all installations through administrative direction of on-site staff and ensure all fit-out projects are built safely, on schedule, and within budget while maintaining a high quality.
Represent Company in meetings and design workshops as per project requirements.
Maintain department's quality systems and processes in order to deliver a quality product to the Client at project completion.
Co-ordination and implementation of Client requirements and specifications.
Conduct and manage project closeout procedures, carry out commissioning of all MEP installations, production of as-built drawings, operation and maintenance manuals, warranties and certificates, local bond releases, final inspections, and facilitate occupancy.
