Account Receivables Assistant / Credit Control Assistant.

respond to basic client inquiries and other clerical tasks related to maintaining the accounts receivable records for your organization.

o Prepare customer statements, bills and invoices, and reconcile expenses to the general ledger

o Calculate and post receipts to appropriate general ledger accounts and verify details of transactions, such as funds received and total account balances

o Prepare monthly receivable statements

o Compile and sort documents, prepare and post invoices and credit and debit memos

o Make copies of all checks, completes deposit slips and make bank deposits

o Work with collections personnel to verify status of delinquent accounts and solicit payments on overdue accounts

o Provide backup support to other groups in the accounting department, type periodic reports and perform other general administrative duties

o Rely on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job

o Work under immediate supervision

o Follow up for payments on daily basis to the Customers by telephonically, personal visits

o To interact with customers related to AR

o Good knowledge of Credit Control / Collections / Accounting

o Understanding Current Market Trends and Cash flow of Customers

o Report to a supervisor or manager

Qualification and Skills required:

B Com /Similar graduation is a must

Excellent command of English is a Must

Excellent PC skills are required for this role, Proficient in MS Excel and ERP knowledge in Oracle-ERP is highly desirable

Oracle experience in 11i/12i -R-12 preferred

UAE driving license is preferred ..
