Store Supervisor

• Organize & maintain receipt of spare parts, and services.
• Ensure proper receiving for items and that received items as requested, and raise a claim whenever there is any deviation.
• Ensure that the inventory levels of Spare parts are at planned levels to fully support the engineering.
• Ensure all physical stock counts of all spare parts are planned, conducted and recorded in line with Company requirements.
• Control all aspects of the Stores barcoding system.
• Warehouse Management and ensure implementation of warehouse BPs (e.g. 5S,
• Control of all consumable stocks.
• Update inventory control system and parts catalogue
• Ensure proper storage of items as per manufacturer recommendations.
• Monitor warehouse storage capacity and set plans to improve capacity when needed.
• Update and distribute required weekly & Monthly reports
• Conduct stock analysis to identify obsolete items, Fast Moving and slow moving items and set action plans as well as items movement and usage
• Ensure Stores and stock security
• Optimize inventory and review RP/RQ
• Determine safety stock for each item
• Ensure proper items availability and on time run for replenishment system.
• Support smooth end of month closing and on time receiving.
• Master data input and Control Issuances -Good Receive Notes (GRN’s).
• Supplier assessment and evaluation.
• Analyze operating processes, procedures and implement improvements with the interest of maximizing efficiency and productivity of the department.
