Executive Assistant to Chairman & Office Director

The Organization:Our client is a diversified investment company with entities in hospitality, healthcare, infrastructure, pharmaceuticals and other industries. They are hiring an experienced professional Executive Assistant to Chairman’s office.
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Responsible for organizing all of the administrative activities;
• Provide administrative support in the delivery of assignments and initiatives on behalf of the Chairman’s office as and when required;
• Ensure all correspondence and relevant materials are produced in a timely and accurate manner;
• Coordinate departmental reports and documentation for meetings and other meetings with outside partners;• Conduct research/ analysis as directed by the Chairman

Skills & Competencies:
• Candidates should possess strong analytical, logical, communications & interpersonal skills;
• Pleasing personality;
• Excellent at researching, presentation, reporting, conducting business & project analysis;
• Strong administration and office management skills;• Highly organized;
Education & Qualifications:
• Minimum MBA in Finance
• 3 to 5 years of related experience as an EA to C level management • Experience inside UAE is preferred, candidates from India will also be considered.
