Acquisition Marketing Lead

First Abu Dhabi Bank is looking for Aqcuisition Marketing Lead for Personal Banking Group. The role holder is responsible to support the Head of Acquisition Marketing in developing successful, long-term acquisition marketing strategies for FAB. The role is to manage the development and implementation of multi-channel marketing campaigns that deliver to specified objectives.

Key Accountabilities:
Strategic Contribution - Strategic ownership of the Marketing brief – work with the business stakeholders to understand their business challenge, define the role of marketing campaigns applying a consumer lens and create compelling agency briefs.
Campaign Management- Lead and manage end-to-end delivery of key marketing campaigns from briefing to delivery across multi-channels.
Budgeting and Financial Management - Accurately manage the campaign budget to ensure delivery within agreed allowances and ensure the timely issue of PO and payments to suppliers.
Reporting - Ensure that all unit reports are prepared timely and accurately and meet FAB requirements, policies and quality standards.Policies, Systems, Processes & Procedures - Work within the framework of the acquisition marketing functional policies, procedures and controls covering all areas of assigned department activity so that all relevant procedural/legislative requirements, fulfilled while delivering a quality, cost-effective service.

Minimum Experience & Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Economics or relevant field
5+ years’ directly relevant experience, could be a combination of client and agency experience
Banking sector experience useful, working for / with a service or complex B2C business with scale a must
Highly creative in devising campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
Proven passion for financial services and driven marketer with in interest in latest marketing trends
Excellent project management skills are essential
Strong organizational skills with good attention to detail, a passion for quality, and an ability to plan, to prioritize and to escalate where necessary
Have managed large scale campaigns and high volumes of campaigns in short time periods
Experience in ATL and BTL campaign creation and execution
Capable team member and participant, able to solve problems individually or in groups and committed to personal development. Both spoken and written communications skills with experience of adapting your style and approach to the audience and message to be delivered
