Effectively manage leasing of commercial and individual residential units to ensure maximum rental values are maintained, department’s revenue targets are met, vacancy times are limited, customers are retained and satisfied at every step. Provide expertise to clients and line management in relations to market trends and rental rates. Generate business leads through developing a strong network in the property sector.
Key Accountability:
• Leasing: Generate revenue for the business unit by leasing commercial and individual residential units within prescribed timescale in order to meet or exceed department’s rental target and ensure maximum yield, tenant retention and high occupancy.
• Operations: Conduct viewings of properties to potential tenants & agents. Liaise with the facilities management to complete all renovation and maintenance works before the client moves in to ensure client satisfaction in the property. To ensure that weekly unit’s availability lists are updated and recommend properties for advertising in various channels.
• Business Development: Conduct primary market analysis to collect firsthand knowledge and assess target rents for vacant properties to maximize revenues for the business units. Maintain and develop strong business relationships with key sector contacts to generate leads, develop leasing pipeline and increase transactions. • Customer Relationship: Develop and manage relationships with existing tenants/clients to limit complaints, ensure retention and repeat business by enhanced customer satisfaction. Ensure that clients understand documents, contract requirements, terms and conditions to process leasing on time.

Job Specific information:

• EPICO’s property portfolio includes different residential and commercial buildings, offices, villas, individual apartments, industrial units, retail units, commercial areas, industrial and land plots.

• Diploma in Business, Management or equivalent.
• Associated real estate qualification or RERA (Real Estate Regulatory Authority) certification is preferred.
Experience
• 2 years of minimum experience in property leasing within UAE market; out of which 1 year should be in direct leasing/brokerage.
• Direct experience of transacting both residential and commercial deals is preferred.
