Junior Accountant

We are looking for a JUNIOR ACCOUNTANT (in Abu Dhabi) with the following qualifications:
- Previous accounting work experience in UAE
- Holder of Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting (or equivalent)
- Knowledgeable in UAE VAT
- Strong communication skills (written and oral)
- Experienced in using Accounting Software & intermediate knowledge in MS Excel, Word
Main duties & responsibilities:
- Collections of customers receivables & payment follow-up
- Uploading of invoicing in various customers’ supplier portals/websites
(the above two task requires perseverance & initiative from the candidate, who should also be able to work comfortably with different customer websites)
- Assist in the entry of supplier bills, customer invoice preparation, cheque payments, the filing of documents electronically & in the daily task of the accounting team.
Reporting to Accounting Manager and Finance Manager
The successful candidate should be able to join immediately
