Job Description:
Responsible for the TIER-I end-user support regarding software, hardware, and networks; through delivering expert technical services, on-site and remotely. Operate and maintain a professional support operation, with highest levels of availability, performance, and security, based on ITIL standards. Relies on experience and judgment as well as pre-established procedure and instructions to identify, research and resolve technical incidents assigned by Service Desk.
Reporting Relationships: Field Support Agent
Minimum Qualifications: Diploma in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline
