DESCRIPTION:
•Recruit suitable candidates utilizing assorted approaches and techniques (direct, Internet, referrals, research, relationships, job portals, social media etc.).
•Source, qualify and submit relevant shortlisted candidate’s CV to the client hiring manager.
•Research & gain knowledge of client project initiatives as well as their specific technical and cultural environments to provide proactive workforce planning
•Preparation and delivery of effective candidate proposals to clients.
•Partner with assigned leadership & recruiting in order to effectively manage client & candidate pipeline.
•Consistently update Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to reflect current candidate information, activity records and interview summaries.
•Generate leads, develop and execute candidate pipeline funnel.
•Schedule interviews between candidate and client hiring manager.
•10+ years of technical recruiting in the Oil & Gas Industry.
Experience: 10 - 16 years
Education: Diploma(Engineering).
