• Conducts necessary audit, review well completion, workovers drilling and other related petroleum engineering operations programs reports in accordance with company objectives and standards.
• Define well completion design for planned wells to ensure meeting well life cycle.
• Supervises and ensures proper computerized data storing related to well completion and testing, down hole problems and completion failures.
• Prepares overall schedule program for testing wells, bottom hole surveys, wire line operations, well stimulation and related Petroleum Engineering Operations. Monitors the performance and progress in implementation and recommends corrective measures to resolve operational difficulties.
• Conducts short-term studies to improve the efficiency of production/injection operations.
• Revise and prepares in coordination with other departments/sections WVA requirements (Well Valve Assurance) documents specifying to drilling division the well completion, workover, drilling, well integrity, design of new wells and testing requirements in accordance with company and well objectives.
• Recommends new methods/techniques to Drilling Division to carry out on drilling and or workover wells with the objectives to reduce cost and improve performance adhering to well integrity standards.
• Supervises day to day monitoring of drilling and workover operations as reported by drilling division.
• Includes identifying substandard performance or faulty implementation and recommending corrective measures to ensure meeting of objectives and the cost-effective realization of well program. Coordinates activities with Drilling, Field facilities, Well Integrity, HSE&QA Divisions to ensure meeting well objectives, in line with HSE.
Experience: 5 - 10 years
Education: Bachelor of Technology/Engineering(Chemical, Petroleum).
Nationality: Any Arabic National, Any European National, Indian, Filipino
