We are looking for Accounts Receivable Officer for Abu Dahabi, UAE.
Purpose:
To ensure the company receives payments for goods and services
Responsibilities
To maintain an up-to-date billing system
To generate and send out invoices
To follow up on, collect and allocate payments
To carry out billing, collection and reporting activities according to specific deadlines
To perform account reconciliations
To monitor customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments and other irregularities
To research and resolve payment discrepancies
To review AR aging to ensure compliance
To maintain AR customer files and records
To follow established procedures for processing receipts, cash etc.
To prepare bank deposits
To investigate and resolve customer queries
To process adjustments
To communicate with customers
To assist with month-end closing
To prepare sales order summary against Invoicing
To verify validity of account discrepancies by obtaining and investigating information from sales, trade promotions, customer service departments and from customers
Experience 3 - 8 years
