Minimum Requirements:-
Accounting Degree required
Basic understanding of general accounting principles ERP knowledge /experience
Written and spoken English is essential . knowledge of Arabic will be and added advantage
4 years in accounting/ Finance
Carry out accounting functions and duties assigned by head of accounts payable.
Deliver the assigned responsibilities in an efficient manner
Ensure transaction instructions are according to guidelines so that they can be processed accurately
Ensure management obtains required accounting information to make informed decisions
Accounts payable data entry in Oracle A/P Module
Maintain petty cash float and prepare monthly reconciliation with internal customers and the GL.
Maintain record of cheques and ensure efficient delivery of cheques
Prepare accounts payable related journal vouchers and payment
Reconcile accounts payable transactions
