Maintaining Fixed Asset Register of CBD Business unit.
Performing CWIP movement, Asset Capitalization, Asset Disposals, changes in FA register as when required as per company policy
Monitoring controlling FA Stickers application and making sure Assets are tagged.
Reviewing CWIP / PPE account after reconciliation with concerned project owner on monthly basis & when required.
Calculating Return on Investments for the key projects, Participation in the cost saving initiative Projects.
Reviewing Status of Open PO of FA - Monthly, Weekly and updating them in Live capex Tracker.
Actively participation in stock counts, Forecasting, Budgeting and monthly reviews.
1 Monthly amalgamation of exception reports of CO area inter- departmental
Vendor Master Creation / Updating
Consolidating Monthly Working capital inventory and reconciliation with Sub GL
Supporting in Direct cost Analysis review by every month closing.
Monitoring non valuated inventory movements, disposals, additions etc.
