Sales Executive:
• Make a list ofpotential clients and conduct surveys to identify clients actively seeking a hotel.
• Contact clients via call or arrange meetings to discover their needs and requirements.
• Prepare and present sales to potential clients, highlighting the best features and qualities of the hotel.
• Assist clients.
• Monitor customer service quality of the hotel to ensure clients are tended to appropriately.
• Resolve and quell misunderstandings within a hotel premises.
• Set annual budgets and implement strategies effective for achieving set goals.
• Conduct assessment of sales performance to make necessary adjustments
