We require eligible candidates for the position of Service Advisor in Automotive center in Sharjah. Candidates who are interested can apply.
To receive customer vehicles for service and repair jobs and raise repair orders in Workshop / Bodyshop.
Technically competent to understand the customer needs and requirements and accordingly raise Service Orders.
To provide customer support via phone and face to face.
To provide the customer with a detailed explanation of jobs to be carried out on the vehicle.
To provide a detailed explanation and technical justification for additional repairs with the cost estimate and obtain approval from customers.
To maintain customer contact to ensure smooth delivery of the vehicle.
To advise customers on the required vital jobs.
To have a flair for selling value added services, service contracts, and accessories.
To make every effort to resolve customer complaints and ensure the customer has a positive ownership experience.
Regularly follow up with Workshop controller and technicians on his vehicles and update Customers regularly on the job progress and ensure delivery of the vehicle at the promised time.
To raise warranty approvals
To raise special orders for parts not available, follow up, and keep the customer informed.
Follow up payments of credit customers and ensure collection within the stipulated time.
Regularly monitor orders raised by him and ensure timely billing.
Conduct post service follows up to ensure customer satisfaction.
Comply with safe work practices, with the intent of avoiding injury to themselves.
Take reasonable care of the health and safety of themselves and others.
Comply with any direction given by management for health and safety.
Not misuse or interfere with anything provided for health and safety.
Report all accidents and incidents on the job immediately, no matter how trivial.
Report all known or observed hazards to the Service
Experience: 4 - 5 years
