IT Project Manager

Purpose:Your primary role is to drive strategy and execution of special projects, application implementation, and application enhancements. You will partner with stakeholders across the organization to develop a deep understanding of business need, prioritize a funnel of initiatives to transform the business with technology and process change, and then to design and deliver solutions accordingly. This position will serve as a thought leader in project and process methodologies, where your focus is influenced heavily by platform performance metrics, business goals, and user experience testing and enablement.
Responsibilities:
•Lead and manage multiple complex and strategic projects through on-time delivery, often partnering closely with the internal business and IT organization as well as third party vendors.
•Drive the continuous deployment of cutting-edge application features, functionalities and integrations that allow users to deliver to their KPIs more effectively and efficiently.
•Continuously iterate and improve the project delivery lifecycle.
•Monitor, measure and communicate project performance against delivery scope, budget, timeline, and stakeholder satisfaction as well as the estimated ROI.
•Understands and knows how/when to apply the project processes: initiate, plan, execute, monitor and control, and close.
•Manage UAT with end users including coordination and user acceptance signoff; if possible, write and/or review QA and UAT test scripts with the developers.
•Develop strong interpersonal relationships with key stakeholders to drive effective partnerships.
•Experience working on change management aspects of projects to ensure proper adoption of solutions, including communication and training plans.•Enjoy dabbling in many roles—this should not make you uncomfortable: PM, BA, QA; designer, developer, administrator; user, sponsor, tester, trainer.
المهارات
•Minimum three years of experience managing the development, implementation, and performance of ERP applications.
•At least one year of experience applying Agile development methodologies like Scrum.
•Understanding of API integrations to ERP applications, payments platforms, and mobile application enablement can add significant value to this role.
•Ability to engage in detailed technical discussions with engineering and operational teams and making technology related product decisions.
•Finance acumen or specialization in FP&A;tools/processes a plus.
•Track-record in process and solution engineering and optimization.
•Ability to work in a fast paced, quickly changing environment.
•Ability to work cross functionally and influence appropriately, particularly across geographically dispersed teams.
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
•Ability to work with all levels of management.
•Obsessive attention to detail.
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills with technical and non-technical audiences.
•Effectively manage communications, conflicts, and negotiations.
•Ability to lead and facilitate internal and external workshops, meetings and training sessions.•Strength in identifying operational issues/risks, recommending solutions, and implementing strategies to resolve problems
Bonus Traits:
•Experience as an enterprise architect and/or a foundation in applications architecture, such as architecture discovery, structuring, design, and documentation.
•Good understanding of the architectural principles of cloud based platforms including SaaS, PaaS, multi-tenancy, and multi-tiered infrastructure.•Keen focus on cyber security for both data and applications, as well as security processes, standards and issues involved in multi-tier cloud or hybrid applications
