Description
Assist clients and Tax services teams to identify data management approach and implement tax analytics solutions including research, testing, documentation, training and supportMaintain continuous interaction with clients and Tax services teams, manage expectations and ensure outstanding client service and timely deliverablesResponsible for interpreting structured and non-structured data and for processing large complex data using advanced SQL programmingCreate & maintain ad-hoc reports, dashboards, operational reports, and data visualizations, SSIS packages, ETL processes etc.Uphold data quality standards, improvements and guidelinesWork alongside the rest of the data analytics team to optimize client data for visualization purposes and develop high end data visualizations to assist the client with their business needsWork with the various tax groups to interpret their data processing needs and provide the most optimal solutions using Business Intelligence software/tools. E.g. Tableau, Spotfire, MS Power Query, QlikviewMaintain continuous interaction with clients and teams, manage client expectations, and ensure outstanding client service and deliverablesContribute to a flexible, stable, and team-oriented working culture that fosters development and a positive attitudeOther data management related duties as assigned
Profile
A degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Intelligence or related disciplineMinimum of 5-7 years of experience working with relational databases in MS SQL server and data visualization software, such as Tableau Business Intelligence and/or Microsoft PowerBIStrong experience working with data transformation software, such as SSIS, SSRS, Alteryx, CloverETL and/or MonarchStrong experience in performance tuning and optimization of database engineStrong experience in Data Warehousing, designing and implementing business intelligence solutions, data analytics and troubleshooting data integrity issues
