Performance & Rewards Manager - MENA

Piermont Search are assisting a leading multinational entity in their search for a Performance & Rewards Manager covering the MEA region (12 countries) based in Dubai.
Reporting in to Europe with a dotted line report in the regional HRD this will be a standalone role working in a multicultural professional and engaging HR team.
This is a new role due to company expansion with the chance to make this role your own with direction and tools from a leading entity where HR is understood and truly valued.

As Performance and Reward Manager, Middle-East and Africa you will implement and ensure the use of reward, recognition and performance management policies, guidelines, processes, systems and practices throughout the companies Middle-East and African operations. To ensure that outcomes meet current and future business needs, engage and motivate employees and are consistent with the companies desired internal and external market position.

To be successful in this role you must possess the following:
• 5 years of reward and Human Resources experience, of which most has been spent working across functional/business lines and cultures in a global organization
• Experience with driving compensation, benefit, recognition and performance management policies and processes through an organization
• Business experience and/or business partner experience is an asset
• Western educated with a degree in HR, finance or business Management, CIPD, Masters or further HR qualifications will be highly desirable
• Experience with Mercer pay grading
• Fluent in English
• Good analytical skills
• Strong influencing and collaboration skills towards all levels of an organization • A combination of strategic view with a hands-on approach
