Consultant / Senior Consultant

As a Consultant you will be required to prospect and build a network of client relationships focused on their talent needs. This will include partnership / contract negotiations and sign-ups. Upon building such relationships, you will have to assess and respond to the needs of each client or assignment and ensure timely delivery.

Additionally, you will manage the recruitment process from industry mapping stage (along with Research team support) - candidate interview and assessment - candidate presentation to client - offer stage and beyond. That includes sourcing and interviewing candidates, negotiating salary packages and presenting suitable candidates to clients, handholding offered candidates and ensuring their joining.
Your goal is to build mutually beneficial relationships with clients and candidates and work as part of a high quality team based in Dubai.

The Consultant could bring expertise across any industry segment which is experiencing growth in the GCC.
UAE or GCC experience mandatory across BD / Sales and Recruitment Delivery.
