Head of Admin/Governmental Relations
Lead the administrative activities of the organization to ensure Government & VIP related services as well as general services and other services are provided effectively.
Leadership
Provide effective supervision to the Administrative team – setting individual objectives, managing performance, developing and motivating staff– in order to maximise subordinate and departmental performance.
Administrative Policy & Procedure:
• Responsible for defining policies and procedures related to entire administration function to ensure clarity of work processes.
• Oversee the implementation of operational policies, procedures and controls to maintain company standards.
Responsible for determining budget and seeking approval to ensure cost/expenditure are well managed within prescribed limits.
Government Relation:
• Drive & Manage the Governmental clearances & approval to ensure Sawaeed Holding’s company objectives are achieved.
• Manage Sawaeed Holding’s representation in the Government forums to gain information on new policies or policy changes.
Ensure the VIP affairs are managed effectively and efficiently to keep with Sawaeed Holding’s image of customer oriented organisation.
General Services Administration:
• Lead the general services function across Sawaeed Holding to ensure administrative support and resources are utilised optimally.
• Drive the Office Administration as well related support services like maintenance, security and accommodation to meet departmental goals and company objective.
Responsible for all approval for the administrative functions to support faster decision making.
Public Relation Services:
• Lead the public relation function in order to ensure all employees related governmental approvals and clearances are obtained in a timely and efficient manner.• Ensure all statutory requirements related to employee insurance, health, labour and immigration related are managed efficiently to ensure a conducive work environment.

Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Administration/Business Management is required.
• Master’s Degree preferred.
Minimum Experience:
• Minimum 5 years’ administrative experience in a mid-sized company.
Job-Specific Skills:
• Proficiency in Administration.
• Public Relations skills.
• Delegation & Negotiation SkillsMS Office.
