About the Job:
We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Service Manager for Al-Futtaim Lexus in Dubai. The job holder will ensure that our Lexus workshop will add value through operational efficiencies. You will be working with the Head of Aftersales in developing the facilities for repair and maintenance of our customer’s vehicles and delivering total customer satisfaction. You will run an efficient and profitable service department through productive staffing, cost controls, achievement of objectives and the maintenance of all service records.
As a Service Manager you will be responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of Service Department. You will manage up to 2 Supervisors who are supervising up to a total of 10 employees in the Department. You will carry out management responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies. You will also take charge of training employees, planning, assigning, and directing work, appraising performance, rewarding and disciplining employees, addressing complaints and resolving problems.

About You:
To be considered for this exciting role, you should have a Bachelor’s Degree or similarly qualified person with minimum 5 years’ managerial aftesales experience in the automotive industry.You will have the ability to read, analyze, and interpret, technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents and at the same time you will have the ability to effectively present information to top management. You should be able respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community following advice from National Aftersales Manager.
You must have strong communication skills, be a confident decision maker, have excellent leadership skills and be able to influence others. You will be an engaging leader with a skill for developing talent, a drive for results and a strategic thinker.
