My client is a construction company based in Dubai looking to hire a contracts manager.
Responsibilities:
Measurement of Quantities
Checking of Bill of Quantities
Monitor budgets to ensure all legitimate contract costs are recovered
Prepare and issue contractual programmes
Ensuring the project teams have the resources & support required to deliver excellent projects for the clients.
Ensure completion dates are met and that developments are adequately resourced
المهارات
Required:
10 years’ experience
Contracting company background
Based in UAE
FIDIC contract experience
Preference but not essential:
Housing scheme experience
Main contractor experience
