Business Development Manager

A leading FMCG Group in UAE is looking for a Business Development Manager to plan, direct and implement sales strategies and programs to achieve sales objectives, increase market share and profitability of its premium brands and international range of products in FMCG Industry.
Key Responsibilities:
• Researching and evaluating existent business structure by applying various business analysis tools, formulating end-to end sales solutions, streamlining operations, while contributing to long term growth objectives of the business entity.
• Formulating, developing and implementing yearly business strategies to ensure attainment of revenue goals and profitable sell-through.
• Driving business and ensuring sustained growth, focusing on achieving/ surpassing sales targets.
• Expanding business reach and proactively creating new sales leads/ opportunities.
• Constantly interacting with prospects and maintaining cordial business relationship with key clients.
• Building network work with potential partners, suppliers, buyers, wholesale / retail channels, mall managements, etc. for promotion of sales network.
• Expanding channel business by sourcing new partners as well as maintaining efficient business relationships with existing partners to enhance profitability of business operations.
• Bringing new line of business and products, more international brands, networking and sales collaborations in alien with the existing portfolio.
• Identifying the best sales channel, develop marketing strategies, design and participate in large scale sales promotion / demos.
• Handling high value sales, addressing minor details and identifying areas of improvements in customer service.
• Be responsible for profitability and growth of existing and new business.

Qualification and Experience:
• Qualification: Bachelor / Master Degree (Major Subjects: Business Administration / Management / Commerce / Marketing / Pharmacy / Life Sciences – Anyone)
• The ideal candidate should have hands on experience and proven track records in FMCG / Sales and Marketing / Business Development in UAE / GCC
• Preferences will be given to those who have dealt with Personal Care, Health Care, Baby Care, Cosmetics, Fashion and Luxury Brands, Travel and Accessories, etc.
