At DC Aviation, we manage, operate, maintain and service business jets owned by third parties and provide VIP passenger services – all to the highest level of standard both internally and externally. We work collaboratively as a team accepting responsibility for our role in the team and contributing towards the success of our business.
Roles and Responsibilities
• Providing support to the Flight Operations - and Training Department
• Input to and editing of the Operations Manuals Part A – C – D
• Supports the Director Flight Operations for administrative matters during his absence
• Coordinates and supports Crew-Proceedings, Hotel bookings and Flight & Duty time regulations (Crew Control)
• Providing support in the Field of Internal & External Audits
• Liaise and coordinates with Training Providers and organizes, monitors and follow up Crew Training appointments and keep the Training Manager informed about their status.
• Issuance/renewal of licenses/authorizations for pilots and instructors.• Projct work
المهارات
• Proven history in Aviation either Airline or Business Jet Operator
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in training and flight operations
• Good knowledge of the UAE CAR-OPS, CAR-FCL and Company Operations Manuals and being able to provide input to them
• Previous Crew Training and Crew Planning Experience
• Experience dealing with GCAA
• Fluent in the English language both verbal and written
• Excellent IT skills to advanced level Microsoft Office • Auditing experience would be an advantage
