Van Sales Manager

Identify and develop business opportunities/ revenue growth.
 Ensure long term relationships are built and maintained at all levels across
customer base within a TT structure.
 Develop sales action plan for the region.
 Maintain and develop prospect pipeline reports on manning requirements.
 Analyze and review sales priorities, planning and presentation of sale.
Ensure targets are being met.
 Continuously acquire knowledge, understanding of market, best practices
and processes. Be up-to- date on competition progress and practices. Ensure D&E;is at its minimum.
Facilitate Division Head in resource management. Support in maintain actual
vs. budgeted spends.
 Maintain daily sales reports received from supervisors. Update Division
Head on a daily/weekly basis sales reporting, D&E;and bad debts.
 Support supervisors in resolving sales/stock/D&E;issues.
 Responsible for working with A/R team to ensure timely closure of
reconciliations and exiting of employee.
 Follow up on collection of credit customers in order to make sure that weare in line with the Credit Terms set by the Company.
المهارات
 Graduate/Post Graduate
 At least 8 - 10 years of FMCG Van sales experience with at least 3 years in a
managerial role. Valid UAE l driving license
 Business Acumen
 Communication Skills.
 Relationship management Negotiation skills
