Data sourcing from various sources using ETL / ELT
Data Model
 Thorough understanding of source systems data structures, data retentions policies and data partitioning for modeling raw data vault structures
 Implement data quality and business rule
 Assist in modelling & take full ownership to implement the movement of data from source systems to raw data vault, staging data layer, transformed data vault & data warehouse
 Understand the reporting & analytical workloads across the different layers and design data objects accordingly to achieve required performance
 Drive data reusability, reduce duplicity of data, reduce data persistence & implement maximum data virtualization while minimizing adverse impact to performance
Maintenance and management of database systems
Database Management
 In-depth understanding of various database technologies like SAP HANA, Sybase IQ, MS-SQL, Oracle, Hadoop
 Demonstrate proficiency in ETL/ELT techniques, Informatica Power Center, Informatica BDM, Informatica IDQ, PL/SQL and Unix scripting
Version & related documentation
Documentation
 To ensure comprehensiveness design, project & process documentation Implement best practices in code documentation & maintain version history across code managed throughout data platforms
المهارات
Minimum 2 years of professional experience in Banking & Finance industry
 Minimum 5 years professional experience in Data Warehouse
 Knowledge/exposure to Modern Data Warehouse Architecture Agility in delivery
5+ years of working experience with Informatica
 Experience working on creating Conceptual, Logical and Physical Data Model
 Experience in any Data Modelling tool like, IBM Data Architect, SAP Power Designer, Erwin
 Solid knowledge of Data Warehouse principles
 Experience working in Banking or Finance Industry Working knowledge in technical aspects of Data Governance including glossary, metadata, data quality, master data management & data lifecycle management
