Online Hiring Tournament - Brand Ambassador

We’re running an Online Hiring Tournament on February 17th to hire Brand Ambassadors- $1/hour
This event will include all testing for the role. Upon grading the deliverables from the event, we will set up qualified candidates with an interview with the hiring manager. This is a 100% remote, full-time role.

Your job as the Brand Ambassador will be to identify top quality IT professionals within your country and lead them to apply for various positions within our organization.
To be effective in this role, you will have to make cold calls based on target lists approved by your local Country General Manager, as well as run and measure the performance of multiple ad campaigns on Facebook, Google Adwords, Twitter and Linkedin. You will be asked to attend local Crossover events in order to become a resource for candidates and current contractors, as well as assist the Country General Managers in managing and scheduling their daily agenda.

We recommend that you attend the tournament instead of applying online, as our tournament process will be much faster (approximately 2 hours instead of a multi-day testing process).
