Vehicle Registration Executive

About the Position:
We are looking for an experienced Vehicle Registration Executive to work within our Honda Sales Team in Dubai. The role is to support the business and our customer with our Roads and Transportation (RTA) requirements. As the Vehicle Registration Executive you will mainly deal with our customers to assist them with any RTA related requirements and enquiries.
Specifically, your responsibilities will include the following:
• To accurately assist customer with their RTA requirements in accordance with RTA laws.
• To handle customers in timely and efficient manner. To come on time in order to serve more customers.
• To provide a polite and courteous service, patient enough to deal with difficult customers.
• Always updated with all the RTA laws and strictly implementing it.• Submit all RTA documents to the RTA head office in timely manner to avoid process delays which in turn can disengage our customers.

About You:
The ideal candidate for this role should be a graduate in any discipline and must have at least 1 -2 years’ experience in Customer Service. You should also be able to communicate effectively both in Arabic and English. This role is ONLY for UAE National
