Our client is one of the Middle East’s well-established and large scale IT operation and development program, developing IT solutions for their Airline and Airports as well as selling IT solutions and products to other airlines.
The ideal candidate would possess the following experience and attributes:
Have worked in a team which has gone through Digital TransformationExpertise of working with Mobile and e-Commerce applicationsExperience of working with Web ServicesAutomation experienceJava development ExperienceResponsible for supporting and improving Agile QA practices across Web and Mobile applications.Ensures the teams are in sync with one another, and are conforming to established QA processes and Testing best practices.Responsible for maintaining, tracking and reporting on established Quality KPIs.Lead the testing on projects and coordinate with external teams.Implement and Maintain Agile QA processes for multiple applicationsMaintain and Track Quality KPIsImplement New Best PracticesLead testing activities on projectsSupervise and line manage QA resources
The successful candidate will possess the following skill sets:
Strong CommunicationTeam PlayerStrong QA/Testing BackgroundExperience of working in Agile methodologies including SCRUMExperience of implementing QA processes in Agile environmentsHands on expert in using Jira AgileExperience of using Test Management Tools such as HP ALM, Zephyr, TestRail etc.Ability to think out of the boxProven ability to multitask in a fast-paced environmentResourceful, flexible, and adaptable. You have a “killer instinct” to get things done. You motivate those around you by your own contribution, commitment to qualify, professionalism, leadership, and teamworkComputer Science background
