Al Hamar Real Estate is currently looking for an experienced and motivated Account Manager who will be responsible for buying and selling property for our real estate business and to build our Rental business. The ideal candidate will take a professional and hands-on approach and is eager to learn and grow with the company.
To be successful in this role, you will have to have good experience with sales and account management role including business sustenance right from sales generation and its management of the Rental properties business in the UAE.
Real Estate Agent Responsibilities:
Maintain, Develop and build new opportunities for its Real Estate Business.
Develop and maintain relationships with clients with ongoing communication through emails, phone calls and meetings.
Manage rental accounts as assigned, in conjunction with the management team and other members of the service team.
Create quotes for clients and follow up using our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools.
Maintain ongoing communication with Service Technicians to ensure buildings are functioning effectively.
Generate solutions to any problems that arise within assigned accounts.
Attend industry networking events and custom marketing programs.
Generate client leads to buy, sell, and rent property.
Counsel clients on market conditions, prices, and mortgages.
Develop a competitive market price by comparing properties.
Create lists for real estate sale properties, with information location, features, square footage, etc.
Show properties to potential buyers and renters.
Present purchase offers to sellers.Facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers.
Review purchase contracts to ensure terms are met.
Promote properties with ads, listings, and open houses.
Prepare purchase agreements, rental agreements, deeds and other documents for each real estate transaction.
Maintain your real estate license and knowledge.

Real Estate Account Manager Requirements:
University degree in Business, or related fields plus certificates in the relevant segment.
Experience with sales and account managment.
Experience in the rental building market is an asset.
Strong oral and written communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in MS Office suite, emphasis in Excel.
Customer service orientation.
Team player attitude!
Strong interpersonal skills.
Good knowledge of the local property.
Possess a valid driver license.
