Project Manager UAE

We are looking for a Project Manager - experience with 5*Hotel Construction to plan and supervise a wide range of construction projects from start to finish. You will organize and oversee construction procedures and ensure they are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute & finalize construction projects according to strict deadlines & within budget. This includes acquiring resources & coordinating with team members & third party contractors in order to deliver projects objective & oversee the quality control throughout its life cycle.
• Ensure that statutory health and safety regulations are observed at all times and that safety on site is maintained at high standard.
• Ensure that efficiency of construction work is maximised and that costs are effectively controlled.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Architecture Engineering.
• Experience - 10 years experience with building contractors.
• Must have worked as Project Manager for high-rise building project.
