Our client is one of the Middle East’s well-established and large scale IT operation and development program, developing IT solutions for their Airline and Airports as well as selling IT solutions and products to other airlines.
The ideal candidate would possess the following experience and attributes:
Design, develop and govern the solution architecture of the Group in alignment with corporate business and IT strategies, ensuring appropriate balance between functional, service quality and systems management requirementsScrum master for platform / systems teamWork with product development scrum teams (product owners and scrum masters) to identify priorities of the day (task of the day, bug of the day etc.).Work with product development scrum masters and identify environment dependencies and plan backlog based on the dependencies. Track progress of dependencies.Convert support issues / tickets raised by lab teams into tasks in Kanban board.Manage JIRA tasks. Estimate and co-ordinate with various teams (Infrastructure, Security, Product Teams) on tasks on Kanban.Help eliminating road blocks.Facilitate backlog grooming, sprint planning, retrospectives, daily scrum, and sprint reviews of technical user stories.Facilitates the Definition of Ready and Definition of Done criteria for all stories, ensure tasks are closed only when definitions of done is met.Process Improvement Techniques and knowledge of Six Sigma or Green Belt Certified
