Business Development Manager

ROLE
Generate leads, understand client requirements and build long term client relationships leading to continuous, mutually profitable, frequent transactions.
Ability to think out of the box, design solutions that match and exceed client expectations. Monitoring and keeping track of competitor’s activities and implement strategies that would repeatedly out beat competition.
Ability to work across different functions and different business verticals.
Consistently overachieving weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly KPI/targets.
Proactively develop strategies for expanding and growing the business exponentially across different geographies and business verticals.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Actively market the E-waste and Specialized Waste collection and recycling services to the Corporate/Government sector in Abu Dhabi, targeting the top tier companies within each industry vertical.
Proactively engage with clients to secure “first mover advantage” for all tenders and other business opportunities.
Strive to delight clients consistently.
Provide business proposals for E-waste and Specialized Waste recycling to clients, factoring in scope of work, profitability and logistics involved.
Initiate and maintain accurate records for all transactions to track overall profitability of the business.
Ensure completed scope of activities is communicated to Finance for accurate invoicing.
Responsible for the collection of outstanding amounts on completed transactions within stipulated periods.
Maintain excellent working relationships with existing clients to enhance client retention and generate sales through referrals and references.
Ability to take ownership and to work beyond the call of duty when required to do so.
المهارات
PREFERRED SKILLS
Bachelor in Business / Marketing / Information Technology (IT) or any related field.
Sales knowledge and experience in the Abu Dhabi Market (Preferably Electronic Waste Recycling Industry) minimum 3-4 years.
Punctuality, Professional Attire, High standard of Business Ethics, Proficient in MS Office and top notch communication skills – are mandatory.
Fluency in Arabic both spoken and written is a must.
Ability to meet deadlines, manage multiple projects and deliver under pressure.
Must be a self-starter and have an entrepreneurial mindset.
Strong solution sales professional with out of the box thinking capabilities having a consistent record of overachieving targets.
Candidate must be based in UAE and possess a valid UAE driving license.
