Operation Engineers

We are looking for Operation Engineer to Join our team ASAP to work as Operation Engineer, Two years’ experience in min. Will be responsible of the following :
1. Managing the Parking
2. Fit out and retail design and delivery process
3. Cleaning company
4. Maintenance MEP technical knowledge in MEP and Facility services
5. Security company
6. Dealing with the suppliers (renovation & maintenance)
7. All operational related Malls Experience is MUST Available Immediately is preferred be technically astute and have experience in fit out and delivery
Skills
You will need to show:
business skills - operational engineers will be responsible for managing budgets, leading a team and liaising with suppliers
the capacity to understand a range of engineering functions and procedures
the ability to lead and motivate others
teamworking skills to work cooperatively and liaise with people at all levels
the ability to negotiate with, and persuade others
good diagnostic and problem-solving skills
the confidence to respond positively when under pressure
people management skills.
