Experience Level – Min. 3-5 Years of relevant exp.
Provide help desk support and resolve problems to the end user’s satisfaction
Provide 1st level support to customers and manage in-flow of calls/emails. Current User Base is around 2000 people. Call/Email Volume can be in tune of 100 calls/day
Should be able to close some of the issues by taking Remote Access of End User’s computer
Pick-up all the calls on Support line & call back if any call is missed
90% of tasks to be closed within 24 hours of assignment
90% of tickets to be closed within 24 hours & rest 10% within 3 days
Log all help desk interactions with users
Monitor Service Desk for tickets assigned to the queue and process first-in first-out based on priority
Identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention
Report escalated issues to Support Manager
Follow standard help desk procedures
Redirect problems tickets/tasks to correct resources
Inform management of recurring problems
Document internal procedures
Person should be young, energetic & passionate with good attitude
