We are hiring for CMS Sitecore consultant for Dubai Location
Notice period - Should be able join in 30 days
Exp - 5+ years
a. Live Application Support- Person would provide Level 1 and Level 2 support on Sitecore CMS
b. Functional Support – Resolving functional queries faced by users and guiding them with appropriate solution. In case certain issues are beyond your purview and requires Sitecore vendor intervention, person is required to escalate the same to them to have a speedy resolution.
c. Business process Mapping – Person should be able design and document the new business process and map it to application through configuration, customizations and interfaces.
d. User Acceptance Testing – Person should be able develop user acceptance scripts and conclude the testing with business users with clear signoffs.
e. System Deployment – Person should be able to create a proper configuration change document to deploy the changes through a change request mechanism
