Quantity Surveyor UAE Openings

Currently hiring for the position of ‘Quantity Surveyor’

Responsibilities:
- Management of the commercial project team and QS and AQS
- Reporting to the Commercial Head of Department.
- Liaison with Internal Audit team to close out project audit reports
- Liaise with Business Development in relation to the investigation into new projects and developments
- Assist with tenders/VOS/payments.

Qualifications:
-Qualified in QS/Cost Management with appropriate education certification,
-Member, or working towards membership, of Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) preferred but not essential.
-Commercially astute, numerate, risk-averse & ability to accurately forecast risk & cost,
-Multitasking, self-motivated, energetic team player with a flexible approach to working,
-Good organization, planning & task management priority skills,
-Decision making through risk analysis and experience,
-Ability to provide summarized and detailed reports on current activities,
-IT literate, able to use Microsoft Office & Project,
-Demonstrate experience in FIDIC contracts & execution
