• MUST have an Accountancy degree
• Be able to process invoices, purchase orders, sales tax, and credit memos through Accounting Software
• Maintained the entire filing system for the accounting & procurement departments
• Managed shipping process for express shipments with FedEx, UPS, U.S. Postal Service
• Apply for BL’s and organise multiple shipments from all over the world
• Fluent in English Oral & Written
