We are the best of 5 stars hotel in Sharjah, Cornish area, looking for female MICE Sales executive :

General Responsibilities Include:

• Interacts with clients through organized meetings, entertainments, familiarization trips, site inspections, trade shows, sales trip visits and through any other form to grow business

• Manages the implementation of the hotel sales strategy to ensure all facilities and services are aligned according to budget guidelines

• Ensures account development plans are in place for key markets and key accounts, and are regularly reviewed

• Achieves the annually established segment revenue targets

• Consistently analyzes current and potential markets / trends, and recommends necessary sales plans/actions to increase production of the MICE segment to the Director of Sales

• Works collaboratively with available sales channels.
