We have an opportunity to join our team as a Recruiter !

Position Summary:

The Recruiter is responsible for the for full-cycle recruitment. Responsible for pro-active sourcing, screening and interviewing applicants account management, marketing, analytical, administrative and corporate positions throughout our clients. Duties will include sourcing, conducting phone screens, presentation to hiring managers, job offer negotiations and involvement in preparation of offer letters, background screening and on-boarding activities. Additional responsibilities will include maintenance of our applicant tracking system and managing relationships with client.

Responsibilities and Expected Contributions:

✓ Organize and implement recruitment and selection strategies
Proactive sourcing, screening and behavioral interviewing
✓ Conducts phone screens and provide clients with a short list of recommended candidates
✓ Design, develop and implement strategic initiatives to recruit diverse talent
✓ Other responsibilities as required and assigned

Position Requirements:

Must have at least three (3) years of UAE full-cycle recruiting experience
Proven ability to source and assess candidates
