Develop corrective maintenance work packages for skilled trades to repair building mechanical systems.
• Provide technical support for skilled trades.
• Review and respond to skilled trade work issues.
• Perform studies and analysis for mechanical building systems.
• Order material and equipment required to implement corrective and preventive maintenance work.
• Work with scheduler to project skilled trade manpower and work load.
• Assist in improving workforce efficiencies, cost effectiveness and customer satisfaction.
• Review and enhance preventive maintenance procedures on electrical system assets.
• Lead preventive maintenance program.
Experience: 10 - 16 years
