Preparation of detailed baseline construction schedule (cost loaded) in coordination with project management execution plan
• Continuous review and updating of project schedule and budget based on site progress
• Preparation of monthly progress reports
• Prepare monthly progress payments for submittal to client
• Review subcontractor progress and progress payments
• Prepares variations and claims and maintains status registers
• Execution of medium to large size construction projects, complex structures, design and build projects is a must
• Experience in challenging projects, from inception to completion

• Supporting project team with other related duties as required.
• Review contractors’ estimate submissions, bids, change requests, clarifications, assumptions and terms and conditions; conduct claims analysis and provide recommendations and draft counter claims
• Estimation, cost planning and management and change management throughout the project lifecycle to produce and present the final cost plan and managing the pre-qualification tendering and procurement activities and prepare pricing and cost benchmarking validations.
• Participate in post contract cost variance analysis, cost auditing and change control processes and perform cost risk analysis for value engineering and negotiate and approve final accounts
Experience: 10 - 15 years
Education: Any Graduation, Bachelor of Technology/Engineering.
