Setting the Architectural concept design guidelines in accordance with client’s vision and expectation
- Managing the design process by leading and monitoring the Design Team.
- Managing, coordinating and approving the structural and MEP design in accordance with the Architectural Design
- Follow up for approvals from local authorities and clients,
- Preparation of Tender documents and Specifications
- Manage, co-ordinate and control all meetings in relation to the design/ construction / shop drawings of contractors to ensure the overall design requirements are integrated into the Project.
- Review and monitor the contractor construction processes, procedures and quality management plans
- Managing the review of key milestone deliverables for completion in relation to quality of construction/design
Experience: 15 - 20 years
