This position is directly responsible for driving all the business management functions that will ensure effectiveness of the CEO and his team’s operating rhythm, including developing and implementing key leadership connections, and setting up processes to get work done. In addition, develop and monitor data quality metrics and ensure business data and reporting needs are met.
The ideal candidate is a seasoned business professional with multi-disciplinary experience, who has the aspiration and potential to grow as a broad business leader; With deep understanding of company rhythm and processes including key operating mechanism (financials, scorecard, market share) and Excellent skills in all aspects of planning, cross-group collaboration, communications, analytical capabilities and attention to detail.
Strong technology, analytical and communication skills are must-have traits.
Responsibilities:
• Ensure the CEO is prepared for internal and external meetings and presentations
• Program management of all our regular “Rhythm of the Business” (RoB) meetings (Monthly business reviews, Quarterly business reviews, all-hands, and Leadership Team meetings) including managing agendas and driving follow-up actions
• Monitoring and strengthening our business policies and auditing, and improving our capacity for operating our business effectively
Experience: 7 - 14 years
Education: MBA/PG Diploma in Business Mgmt, Bachelor of Commerce(Commerce), Bachelor of Business Administration(Management).
