Responsibilities
Proactively working with retail products team on new product and pricing strategy in order to maximise profitability and achieve revenue budgets
Devising the structure and mechanics of customer campaigns as well as staff sales contests from time to time
Undertake research work into the industry, markets and competitors. Be an integral part of the research and analytics to understand the issue in hand, need to handle documentation
Desired Skillset
MBA is must from Tier1 college
3-7 Years of experience in banking domain
Must have strong data analytics & presentation skills with excel and powerpoint as a must. Hands on knowledge of SAS is expected and Power BI is good to have.
Excellent communication skills will be required to liaise with other business, segment and support teams
Experience: 3 - 7 years
Education: MBA/PG Diploma in Business Mgmt, Any Graduation.
