Soft FM Services Manager

• Ensure Client satisfaction with the services provided such as landscaping, water treatment, pest control, technical installations.
• Supervision of the quality of service provided by Third Party Contractors.
• Together with Third Party Services Department, evaluates the performance and development of the contractors/suppliers to improve the level of service.
• Responding appropriately to urgent issues or request raised by Clients by applying proper solutions.
• Proper reporting of issues related to the property handled to Clients/Operations Manager.
• General upkeep and maintenance of the properties handled to ensure that they meet health and safety standards, in compliance with the legal requirements.
• Manage property budget, to ensure no overspend on the approved budget.
• Prioritize and identify technical and services issues according to criticality to the Client.
• Provide the Client / Client Representative with a full and concise explanation of the expected outcome of and technical services to be carried out at the property.
• Approves procurement requirement and ensures availability of required spare parts and other parts as per need.
• Schedule the application of preventive and corrective maintenance as identified per property.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Direct Manager
Experience: 10 - 14 years
Education: Bachelor of Science, Bachelor of Hotel Management(Hotel Management).
